Incubator center run by Kadeco in co-operation with Innovation Iceland. The building is on two floors and is divided into two wings. The south wing is an office area with many small offices for entrepreneurial companies as well as shared spaces such as coffee room and meeting rooms. The north wing has several industrial spaces rented out to technical entrepreneurs.
